You are responsible for examining items following delivery. If the items delivered are damaged or faulty, please contact us within 3 days from the delivery date by emailing sales@blueskycolors.co.za. Provided that the items are unused and have been stored safely (out of direct sunlight and away from your Nail Lamp when curing is in progress) we can replace the item(s) or offer a refund.
If you do not give us notice within 3 days, we shall not be liable for the damaged or faulty items if defects have occurred during transportation and would be apparent upon examination of your items when delivered.
