Missing or incorrect items

Please check your order confirmation email to find all items that were ordered. If the items you received do not match those on the order confirmation, please contact us within 3 days from the delivery date by emailing sales@blueskycolors.co.za with your order number and images of your original packaging.
Provided that the items are unused and have been stored safely (out of direct sunlight and away from your Nail Lamp when curing is in progress) we will re-send the correct item(s) or offer a refund.
If you do not give us notice within 3 days, we shall not be liable for missing or incorrect items if defects have occurred during transportation and would be apparent upon examination of your items when delivered.
